JEM-Sport EcoBoost Front Sump Oil Pan Kit

The JEM-Sport EcoBoost Front Sump Oil Pan Kit is here!

This kit is designed to work with the 2.3L and 2.0L EcoBoost engines. 

We have completed design and testing in conjunction with engine mount kits in the S13 and S14 Nissan 240SX Chassis.  The front sump design is necessary for the S-Chassis as the steering rack is behind the crossmember.  We have designed this oil pan kit for the best clearance possible.  It will work for any application where a front sump is desirable.  

Our oil pans are precision CNC machined from Billet 6061 Aluminum.  They include a pickup tube and hardware.

We offer both a 0-degree and a 10-degree sump design.  Most Ecoboost engines are mounted on a 10-degree tilt towards the exhaust side, making the Ecoboost engine and its accessories quite the compact package.  Our billet sump is designed to match this angle, giving you the most clearance.

But if yours will be mounted with the oil pan flange/engine at 0-degrees, please select the appropriate option. 

Either angle version will work no matter which angle your engine sits at, but if it will be straight up-and-down at 0-Degrees, we can give you a bit more capacity and optimize the oil drain plug location to suit.

Our oil pans will also work with the Duratec and MZR engines.
